Is there a way to permanently change the name of a Bluetooth device?
The device name is stored in the Bluetooth profile for the device. It’s possible for the device manufacturer to make the name editable, but the default is for it to be protected from changing.

Please just make sure that when you place your order you clearly state your preferred ID in the order notes. Once the package leaves our factory you will not be able to change it.
