Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or are struggling to get your product to work, please get in contact with us first at eshop@bludento.com. We can give you some troubleshooting tips and guidance that may help to resolve any issues that you are having.
It is important to us that you are happy with your order which is why we offer a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. This gives you 30 days, from date of delivery, in which to return your order for a refund.

Holiday Returns Policy
BluDento has extended the Holiday Returns Policy for 2023. Orders purchased between November 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023 are eligible for return until January 31st, 2024.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 1-2 working days.

How do I return an item?
1. Please reach out to BluDento customer support eshop@bludento.com to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide the order number.
2. BluDento support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to BluDento with the following information:
Name of the courier
Tracking number

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
1. Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
2. Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty
1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
2. Items that have expired their warranty period of 18 Months
3. Non quality-related issues (after 18 Months of purchase)
4. Free products
5. Damage from outside sources
6. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
7. Purchases from unauthorized resellers

If you have ordered through our website, then please contact us via the website eshop@bludento.com to arrange a return. We will ask you to provide us with your order number so please have this ready.

Please note that we can only offer refunds. We do not offer exchanges.

When returning your item, please make sure that you include all relevant paperwork including your name, email, order number and reason for return.

Faulty Products
All BluDento products have a 18 months warranty. If you are within this period and you suspect that your product is faulty, please contact us via our website, under the Contact Us tab, explaining what your issue is. Please provide us with your order number.

We will then give you some troubleshooting tips that in most cases would resolve any issues that you are having. However if we think that there may be an issue, we will ask you to return your product to us.

If this is the case, then you will need to return your product to us.

If your item is found faulty, we will issue you a replacement straight away or, if requested, we will refund you if you are within 30 days of purchase.

If we cannot find a fault with your item, we will send it back out to you or, if requested, we will refund you if you are within 30 days of purchase.
